Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable size of the One-Bedroom Suite. The location is fantastic with plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The pool area felt nice and relaxing after a day out. The general manager's assistance made a difference, especially when resolving issues with water and TV. the breakfast experience was disappointing. The dining area lacked proper ambiance and the food presentation was poor. Staff interactions felt indifferent and sometimes even unpleasant. The room required better maintenance. I noticed a leaking ceiling lamp and unclean surfaces. All these factors impacted my overall impression of my stay.

I had a grand stay, sure! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is right near the Skytrain—dead handy for exploring. But the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, so mind that. I’d happily come back!

Spacious and decent breakfast
The studio room was pretty spacious and comfy for my family. Breakfast was decent enough to fill us up for the day. there’s a 7-11 right outside, super convenient! Although the staff could’ve been friendlier, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The swimming pool was refreshing! Great to unwind after exploring. The room was spacious with a nice layout, which provided comfort during our stay. Check-in was efficient, making our arrival smooth. I appreciated that the hotel had a nice pool area to relax, adding value to my stay.
Unfortunately, the customer service fell short of expectations.

A decent place for solo travelers
I stayed in a studio room, good size, pretty spacious and clean. Had access to a nice pool. great to cool off after a long day.
It wasn’t really cheap, but acceptable for what I paid.
